Getting Injured.

Just when you are enjoying the gym, an injury occurs. You go to the doctor and he says no gym for 5 days. Well you get a reason not to go. So you wait and pray and also feel better actually but determined to wait the 5 days. Please this does not mean that you can indulge the old past time. FOOD. Look and control what you eat. Try doing other routines. Like what you say. Walking if it does not cause too much pain. Upper body exercise is good.

When you well again, start the gym again but not at the same pace. Begin at a lower pace and build on it. There will be pain as the body readjust itself to the routine again.

Increase your time in the gym.

Increase your time in the gym does not means that spend time sitting at the gym reading the paper or using the computer. After a month of using the gym and if your weight does not go down but increase then it time to increase your workout. It may seem booring and tiring but you can see the result quite fast. Remember must maintain this only if you do not feel well.
The next thing if doing the workout vary the pace. Wheather it the treadmill or cyclying.
