Must Keep Track of Gym Workouts.

Who ever joins the gym need to set goals. Most gym will try to sell the personal trainer package for you. I would suggest that you first need to set your goals. Why you joined the gym? Most propably to lose weight and keep fit. Most of us work and cannot find the time to work out. Okay do the fat analysis. Take down the info and date. Make it a point to check it in a weeks time. To see if you are doing thing right. Set a time limit for its visit to the gym. Also what you going to do during your time there. Make it a schedule in life. Set 1 hours . Means at least 20 mins for one workout. Preparing for the workout 10mins. Getting to the gym and back home 30 mins.
Now you must keep to this. First do alternative days. As your stamina increase, go for every day. Bring a small note book to keep track of the workouts.


As the body and mind get use to the workout, trying to increase the workout in respect of speed or distance. Then check your weight. You will either be feeling tired or stronger. If you feel something is not right see a doctor. Tell him that you have started to workout and not getting the results.
